An introduction to four major federal disability rights laws: the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, the Fair Housing Act, and the Air Carrier Access Act. At the end of the course, you should be able to determine which laws apply to different discriminatory situations. This course can be applied towards your ADA Coordinator Training Certification Program (ACTCP) requirements. Approved for 2 credits from the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification.
